That’s Normal, you can’t directly use the Renpy plugin , it mind for Joiplay to use/access to run the Renpy games so it obviously can’t be open it like a sub-app or secondary app of Joiplay to use.
Here is a simple guide for my understanding:
-You have a game(Renpy or Rpgm or html5).
- Set up the exe or html file in Joiplay .
- For Renpy, you need Renpy plugin.
- For Rpgm, sometimes it runs Joiplay but most of time you need Rpgm plugin.
- For Html5, Joiplay run it in Joiplay app
