New plugin handling can't process JS formatted/obfuscated plugins.js

JoiPlay version: 1.20.500 and higher
Samples: Magical Girl - Magical Girl Breasty | Tunnel Escape
Description: JoiPlay expects to receive JSON from plugins.js, while some games have modified plugins.js. This causes org.json.JSONException and Failed to load js/plugins.js errors

Some games (like Tunnel Escape) obfuscate their plugins.js. Current fix: use deobfuscation tool to restore original plugins.js
Dazed uses a JS-like format in their MTLs, which is valid in JavaScript but not in strict JSON. Current fix: convert plugins.js to its original state with this

I hope you’re doing well. I just want to report something about this: latest Joiplay now able to handle issues of plugins.js above but a new issue arise they are unable to inject certain features I’m aware of—such as JoiMV (name from here: https://joiplay.net/forum/d/278), enabled cheats, copy text to clipboard, and update corescript— even though they’re enabled.

Current Workaround: Adjust the plugins.js file to follow the correct standards used or generated by RPG Maker MV/MZ. This will allow the features above to inject properly.

P.S. Game above I’m currently playing RJ01108683-Mutation! || Dazed MTL. The game has some graphical glitches visible in the first screenshot, which are fixed by JoiMV
