Rei of the Floating Magic City - Unable to exit settings page

I tried pressing cancel, but it kept returning to the same screen, preventing me from starting the game (even though I skipped the storyline)

Edit 1: This issue will not occur if you press the Up, Down, Left, or Right button, but if you don’t press anything, it will return to the previous screen

Edit 2: If you enter this screen, you will not be able to exit as well (and it will stay like this until you restart game)
